Kidsignments sale

You may want to bring your own laundry basket or wagon to cart away your finds at this event. No, seriously. Kidsignments is a huge biannual sale at the Gwinnett County fairgrounds, offering gently used kids' and baby clothing, furniture, books, toys, DVDs and games. More than 1000 local families participate in selling their items. The sale runs Feb. 15-17 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Feb 18-19 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Insider hint: Don't miss the presale on Monday at 5 p.m. Gwinnett County Fairgrounds at 2405 Sugarloaf Parkway, Lawrenceville.

Consignkidz winter clearance: 75 percent off

Do some shopping for your children — and for you — this week. Consignkidz is holding its end-of-season clearance sale, in which its entire selection of winter children's clothing is 75 percent off. All maternity clothes have been marked down to $3 apiece. The women's section includes True Religion and 7 For All Mankind Jeans for $12 and $15. This biannual Kids-N-Moms consignment sale, which is in its 12th year running, sells gently used baby and kid items including clothes, shoes, toys, equipment, furniture, books, outdoor play toys and maternity clothes.
